Commissioning is a special way to create art that is made just for you! If you are interested in commissioning a personal painting by Susan Mackowiak, please complete and submit the form below. Following your submission of the form, you will receive a quote by email. Once you agree with the proposed quote, and a non-refundable down payment of 50% has been made, Susan Mackowiak will create your own personal artwork. Upon completion, the remaining payment plus shipping fee is due.
